Physical Extraction

Physical extraction / separation is achieved by using some type of agitation, either by manually shaking or with a mechanical device to separate the minerals from the ore.

This process (starting with panning) has been used for hundreds of years to process ore

There are many types of physical separation systems but they always have the same elements in common e.g., utilizing a water sluice in combination with shaker tables

The image to the right shows a 12' shaker table in use but we also have tables 3 times as big for mass production.
Chemical Extraction

All tailings from the Physical extraction process are then run through a Chemical extraction process.

Chemical separation require knowledge of chemistry and knowledge of laboratory experience.
