While Sovereign Trust Partners utilizes industry standard tried and true physical extraction techniques (e.g., crushing, screening, and floatation circuits), we also have completed years of testing and experimentation developing proprietary chemical and plasma technology which our testing demonstrates we can boost standard production by as much as 300-500% enabling us to return substantial value to our investors.

Extraction Lab

  • Our 3500 sq ft Mineral Extraction Lab provides a full range of services for precious metal extraction.

  • We specialize in all aspects of precious mineral extraction, including chemical, physical and plasma extraction.

  • Our experienced team of professionals use state-of-the-art lab equipment and cutting-edge techniques to ensure the highest quality extraction of precious minerals from ore. 

Physical Extraction

  • Physical extraction / separation is achieved by using some type of agitation, either by manually shaking or with a mechanical device to separate the minerals from the ore.

  • This process (starting with panning) has been used for hundreds of years to process ore 

  • There are many types of physical separation systems but they always have the same elements in common e.g., utilizing a water sluice in combination with shaker tables

  • The image to the right shows a 12' shaker table in use but we also have tables 3 times as big for mass production.

Chemical Extraction

  • All tailings from the Physical extraction process are then run through a Chemical extraction process.

  • Chemical separation require knowledge of chemistry and knowledge of laboratory experience.

  • The process of using specific chemicals in numerous variations to extract Gold, Silver, Osmium, Platinum, Rhodium, and other metals. 

  • Advanced chemical formulas as well as advanced knowledge of chemistry with the associated equipment is required to be successful

 

  • The most advanced level of extraction is the use of Plasma Technology in combination of Chemistry and Electricity. 

  • Ore is super heated in a centrifuge with chemicals applied in order to extract the minerals.

  • The most efficient method of extraction which can increase our overall extraction by as much as 1000%
