Mining Exploration

The Cornerstone of Mining Success

Exploration

Exploration is the cornerstone of Inspire International’s growth strategy.  Our main area of focus the Southwest of the US, specifically Arizona where our team carries out both greenfield and near-mine (“brownfield”) exploration.

Mineral Sample Gathering

  • After initial surveys are completed, our team continues the assay process by physically gathering samples on-site in strict measured intervals

  • Each samples location is geo-marked and logged in a database using a Trimble loaded with our custom software.  The Trimble links to 25 satellites and can provide geo-positioning to within 8" of the original collection point.

  • We typically gather 50-100 samples at a time and after further testing is completed in our lab we can return to the field to investigate "hot spots" by looking for source veins.

Detailed Sample Analysis

  • We utilize a handheld XRF Spectrometer / Analyzer in the field and in the lab to perform detailed analysis of collected mineral samples.

  • The XRF is a non-destructive tool designed to perform elemental analysis on materials. XRF guns, perform measurements by harnessing the power of X-ray fluorescence (XRF), specifically what is called energy dispersive x-ray fluorescence (EDXRF)

  • The XRF determines the top 10 minerals per ton and tells us where we should focus our efforts for further testing

  • We return to the most promising locations (using GPS data from the Trimble) and collect larger samples for testing in our lab.
